Email: admin@mobilechiroclinic.com We can't do this without community involvement.		Mobile Chiropractic Clinic was originated by Dr. Donald J. Stout, D.C. and his wife, Crystal. Dr. Stout's goal has always been to make health and wellness care affordable and available to those who are home-bound due to accidents or injury. However, with this new economy, the scope of the mobile chiropractic clinic broadened to make care available to those who need it for whatever circumstance care is not available, feasible, or affordable. This would include people who do not have the financial means and time schedule to enroll with a regular care plan. People who need relief from aches and pains in their everyday roles as spouses and child care providers. Many times people do not get the care they need when they need it due to financial reasons. This means the condition suffered is allowed to fester or get worse until the patient's body breaksdown in such a way they are forced to drive to an office, take time off work, pay for an expensive and lengthy care program. Many of these conditions can be prevented by a quick tune-up. We are encouraging people to be preventative in their care in order to avoid the need for long, drawn out care plans and expensive tests. TODAY'S CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE This is the process as it stands today...when a patient enters a chiropractic office the focus of that office is to interest the patient in the most amount of care possible. Various means of spinal analysis, x-rays, charts, classes, videos, even extra employees known as "patient advocates" are put in place to entice the patient to sign-up for longer term care. This is billed to the patient as being in their best interest for the long term health. In the meantime, that doctor's office is spending increasingly more money for the retail space, more money for staff, more money for insurance billing, more money for advertisements to bring patients through the door, startling amounts of money to practice management groups and practice coaches to help them fill their schedule and ultimately make more money. Through all this, if the patient's insurance does not cover these expenses, the patient bears the brunt of all this expense. All of the money it takes to run the office and still provide that doctor and those employees with income must come out of the patient's pocket. TODAY'S INSURANCE COMPANIES Every year insurance companies come up with new and creative ways (which includes breaking the law) in order to deny claims and not pay for patient care. This costs the doctor more money trying to chase insurance money down. The IRS does not allow doctors to write off unpaid patient balances unless they have sent those patients to collections. Patients needing to keep their credit in good standing to pay their insurance, mortgage, auto loans, child education, etc. are forced to pay inflated healthcare prices. This is merely the result of poor business management and greed. STOP THE TRAIN As a result many people do not get the care they need until it is too late and their body is broken down and they are forced to live with pain. In the end they suffer from the disease process (like arthritis) which is a direct result of not keeping the body functioning. This is the same condition that chiropractic offices try to encourage people to steer clear of and to prevent in the first place. Thus, we have a great dicondomy. HEALING HANDS A person becomes a doctor to help people. And, the greatest help a doctor ccan do is teach people preventative care. Yet our current mode of business forces many to not seek care,especially in our new economy, and therefore, prevention is not an option for many people. For millions of Americans. MobileChiroClinic is attempting to reconnect the dots in order to make them meet to match the patient's need with the patient's resources. PURPOSE The purpose for the mobile bus is three-fold: 1) Provide a more cost effective means of providing chiropractic care. 2) Provide care for those who are not able to travel to an office. 3) Provide care to people not able to take so much time out of their schedule and who need 5 minute treatment. 4) to reduce the amount of fuel emmisions generated by traveling to a doctors office. We are in the process of installing the Vegistroke.com system into the ChiroBus which allows us to travel 155 miles per diesel gallon. This will allow us to drive mostly on reuseable, processes vegetable oil.
